Neal Collin

Educated at Melbourne University and awarded the higher degree of Master of Law, Neal established the business in 1966. After initially setting up practice in Collins Street, Melbourne, Neal relocated the business in the 1970s to service the legal needs of residents in Melbourne’s growing south east region.
Neal has successfully handled hundreds of family law and criminal law cases, and thousands of wills, estates, and powers of attorney matters. While every case is unique and the legal needs of individuals vary, what remains consistent is the calm, caring, confident approach Neal brings to each of his clients.
Thanks to his extensive experience, Neal is able to quickly and accurately advise on the different legal options available, assess the merit of a case and the likelihood of success.
These qualities have built Neal’s reputation as a lawyer of high standing, respect, and authority within the Australian legal profession.
In 2017 Neal was honoured by the Law Institute of Victoria with an award for 50 years’ service to the legal profession.

Adriana joined the Neal Collin Lawyers team in 2017, when she commenced legal placement at the firm as part of her tertiary studies. In 2018 Adriana graduated university, receiving her Associate Degree in Legal Practice, and was offered a permanent position as a paralegal.
Adriana assists in a range of legal matters, with a dedicated focus on estate law including wills and probates, and conveyancing and property law. Her role involves providing assistance to the firm’s principal, Neal Collin, and senior lawyer, Kristina Tutic. In addition to this, Adriana oversees her own files, which require her to conduct legal research, prepare court documents, wills, and probate applications, as well as organise settlements – all while fulfilling general administration duties.
Adriana takes pride in being as organised and efficient as possible. The most enriching part of her job is being a part of a team that guides and supports people through what may be a very stressful time, and achieves great outcomes. Adriana’s friendly nature and diligence and commitment to her role is highly valued by both her clients and her colleagues.
