Upon completing the questionnaire below, Neal will prepare your Will in accordance with your instructions and email a draft for you to check and correct. Any additions or alterations, can be requested by email to Neal’s office admin@nealcollinlawyers.com.au, and any queries you may have, will be personally answered by email. The final accepted draft of your Will, will be emailed to you with clear and specific instructions on the correct method of signing the document in the presence of two independent witnesses.

Following the above, will result in your Will complying with your wishes in exactly the same way as if you personally attended our office and had personal advice given. However, at greatly reduced legal cost.

Our professional fee for a standard Will is $245.00 (incl. GST).

The fee charge is for a standard Will. A standard Will, is one in which the instructions are as included in our questionnaire.
